30 year fixed mortgage rates go down to 4.33%

Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage fell 1 basis points from 4.34% to 4.33% on Saturday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on July 31, 2010, is down 4 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.37% and down 55 basis points from the average rate of 4.88% from three months ago.
